In other parts of the world, they call it a "holiday." For me there was a drinking-with-old-friend-day, a day-at-the-beach day, a (friend's) wedding day, a post-wedding party day, and a meeting-in-the-City day.
There were two lessons learned on this all-too-brief vacation. Lesson 1: there's a reason why they're called cormorants. And lesson 2: Serenity is the secret partner to true beauty.
