Confirmation

There's nothing like a criminal complaint and a scheduled court hearing to prove a fugitive is in custody.   Aafia Siddiqui, a smart and dangerous  al-Qaida member has been in the can since mid-July. 

The skepticism I blogged the other day was inspired by the source:  a Pakistani newspaper. But the Jawa Report links to the complaint and Andrew Cochran at the Counterterrorism Blog has an excellent roundup.
