I recently received a request for a copy of The West in the Eyes of the Egyptian Islamic Movements, Ummah Press (Cairo): 1994. It's a gem of Islamist media from the time when they were honest about themselves and their goals. I discuss it here. I was simply going to e-mail it to the requester; however, the file is too damn big for every e-mail program. And so I am sharing it here for a while, with everyone.
