How do you want to lose weight? Walking seems to be favorite among many. But many don’t have the time or the desire to leave the comfort of their home to walk outdoors. That is when a walker comes handy.

Bowflex TreadClimbers

We wanted an alternative to a walk outdoors. Bowflex TreadClimbers have provided that. Their tagline “Just Walk” makes perfect sense. What it does is helps you burn more calories than you would at your usual treadmill speed.

In 2006, the Bowflex TreadClimbers received some technical upgrades making them more appealing. An interactive console, a Bluetooth connection to sync your machine with a smartphone app, and an enhanced media shelf with a USB charger are new additions to a TC 100 and TC200.

The design has two narrow tracks instead of one wide space. These two tracks move over pedals called treadles. The treadles work at an incline of 40%. You can adjust the incline and use it as a treadmill, an elliptical trainer or even a stair stepper.

There are some differences between the TC 100 and TC 200.

Both come from Nautilus and share essential functions but differ in their programming speed limits and more.

The good –

With a powerful motor, it takes you to a speed of 4.5 mph on the TC200. The TC100 maxes 4.0 mph.

Bowflex TreadClimbers provide lower-impact exercise. TreadClimbers are easy on the space.

The TC200 provides a three-year whole machine warranty, and the TC100 comes with a two-year whole machine warranty. You can return the machine within six weeks if not satisfied.
